Prayer for Priests fosters an awareness of and development of vocations by committing one hour of prayer, if possible before the Blessed Sacrament, for priests and their intentions as a sign of solidarity with the Priesthood.

Would you like to commit to one hour a month praying for a priest?

It can be an hour in the Adoration Chapel, a rosary, a mass, a novena or reading the scriptures and may be broken up into several segments.

The program works like this:

A day of the month is assigned to you. Using the Prayers for Priest calendar, you are to pray for the priest whose name is on that day each month. Mail a Prayer Card to him.

The Prayer Request for Priests calendar, Prayer Cards, and Directory of Priests with addresses will be provided to you. Every two months, a new calendar along with the Prayer Cards will be mailed to your home address.
